DOOR/TRUNK Indicator

IPC illuminates DOOR/TRUNK (ajar) indicator in DIC when Body Control Module (BCM) detects that any door or trunk is open. IPC receives a class 2 message from BCM requesting illumination. If vehicle is shifted out of park with a door or trunk open, BCM sends a class 2 message to the radio to activate an audible warning.
