Low Coolant Indicator Off, Coolant Level Low
- Disconnect engine coolant level indicator module connector. Turn ignition on. Connect 3-amp fused jumper wire between engine coolant level indicator module connector terminal (Yellow/Black wire) and ground.
- If LOW COOLANT indicator illuminates, go to next step. If indicator does not illuminate, check all circuits, connectors, and bulb for open or short circuits. Repair as necessary. If all circuits are okay, replace instrument cluster.
- Connect fused jumper wire between coolant level module connector terminals "B" (Yellow/Black wire) and "C" (Black/White wire). If low coolant indicator remains on, check for poor connections between coolant level module and instrument cluster.
- If connections are okay, replace coolant level module. If indicator goes out, check for poor connections at coolant level module or for open in Black/White wire between coolant level module connector and ground. Repair or replace as necessary.
