If hydraulic system appears to be at fault, verify malfunction by removing flywheel housing cover and measure travel of clutch actuator pushrod. With clutch pedal fully depressed, clutch actuator pushrod should extend a minimum of .43" (11 mm). If pushrod travel exceeds this distance, do not replace hydraulic system. If push rod does not extend a minimum of .43" (11 mm), check clutch master cylinder reservoir fluid level.
