Intake Manifold (Upper): Installation

1. Ensure sealing surfaces, bolt threads and bolt holes are clean. Install upper manifold and gasket.
2. Tighten upper intake manifold bolts in sequence to specification. See Fig 1 or Fig 2. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Lubricate fuel rail "O" rings with engine oil. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Fill and bleed cooling system. See COOLING SYSTEM BLEEDING .
