Diagnostic System Check

  1. Press horn switch. If all horns operate, go to next step. If one horn is inoperative, go to ONE HORN INOPERATIVE.
  2. Press horn switch. If horn tone is okay, go to next step. If horn tone is poor, go to POOR HORN TONE.
  3. Press key fob lock/unlock buttons. If horns pulse for each button, go to next step. If horns do not pulse for each button, go to HORNS INOPERATIVE.
  4. Press horn switch. If horns sound, go to next step. If horns do not sound, go to HORNS INOPERATIVE.
  5. Release horn switch. If horns are sounding, go to HORNS ON AT ALL TIMES OR PULSING CONTINUOUSLY. If horns are not sounding, system is operating properly.
