Air Bag Indicator Is On

Connect scan tool. Turn ignition on. Select IPC data menu. If AIR BAG input of scan tool is ON, diagnose Air Bag system fault. See appropriate article in AIR BAG SERVICE & REPAIR section. If AIR BAG input of scan tool is OFF and AIR BAG indicator of dash is illuminated, replace IPC.
