Suspension - Rear (Fwd): Description

The "C" and "H" bodies use an independent rear suspension supported by 2 ball joints, lower control arms, coil springs, and non-serviceable struts. Air adjustable struts are standard on "C" body and optional on "H" body. Stabilizer bar is used to minimize body roll. Control arms are equipped with suspension adjustment links for toe adjustments.

On both bodies, hub and bearing assembly is connected to the suspension system by the knuckle and struts. Hub and bearing assembly are a complete unit and cannot be serviced individually. Some models use Electronic Level Control (ELC) for suspension operation depending on vehicle load.
