Lower Ball Joint: Installation

  1. Install ball joint into lower control arm. Install retaining bolts. Install bolts facing downward.
  2. Tighten ball joint retaining bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS table. Position steering knuckle over ball joint stud. Install nut and tighten to specification. Install new cotter pin.
