Instrument Panel - Electronic: Testing: Tachometer

If tachometer does not work, place ignition switch in "RUN" position. Measure voltage at White wire (terminal A, connector 2) of instrument panel. See Figure . If voltage is above 10 volts, replace instrument panel. If voltage is below 10 volts, check wiring between ignition coil and instrument panel. If wiring is good, check ignition module.
