Low Washer Fluid

When the ignition switch is in "RUN", "BULB TEST" or "START" positions, battery voltage is supplied to the "LOW WASHER FLUID" indicator light. When washer fluid is low, the fluid level switch closes. This grounds the circuit and illuminates the "LOW WASHER FLUID" indicator light.
