Shorted Oil Pressure Switch Test

Disconnect Tan wire from oil pressure switch. Place ignition switch in "RUN" position and observe "OIL/CHOKE" indicator light. If "OIL/CHOKE" indicator light is off, replace oil pressure switch. If "OIL/CHOKE" indicator light comes on, check Tan wire for a short to ground.
