Temperature Indicator (Short Test)
- Disconnect coolant temperature sender/switch and turn ignition switch to "RUN" position. If indicator goes out, replace coolant temperature sender/switch.
- If indicator stays on, disconnect ignition switch and turn ignition switch to "RUN" position. If indicator stays on, check Dark Green wire and instrument cluster printed circuit for a short to ground. If indicator goes out, replace ignition switch.
