Shorted Oil Pressure Indicator Relay Test

Disconnect Tan wire from oil pressure indicator relay. Place ignition switch in "RUN" position and observe oil pressure indicator light. If oil pressure indicator light is off, replace oil pressure switch. If oil pressure indicator light is lit, check Tan wire for a short to ground. If wire is okay, replace instrument cluster.
