Installing the pedestrian protection sensor

NOTE: Schematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details.

Check the impact absorber (2) for damage and replace if necessary.
Carefully insert the active pedestrian protection (1) into the impact absorber (2) .

Connect connectors (1) and lock.
Hook the impact absorber (2) into place below and press upwards.
