Remove rear side trim panel
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE INNER DOOR SILL COVER STRIP .
- Refer to REMOVING REAR SEAT BENCH .
- Get the set of special tools 0 493 752 (00 9 329)
ready.
- Unclip the rear side trim panel (1) with the clips (2) using a suitable tool.
- Unclip the rear side trim panel (1)
upwards out of the clamps (3)
and feed it out of the edge protection.
- Unlock and disconnect all the plug connections on the rear side trim panel (1) of the wiring harness (2) .
