Remove Carrier Support

Release the self-tapping screws in the areas (1) .

Releasing bonded connections
Heat and release the bonded connection in the areas (1) .
Do not damage the aluminum engine mount in the process!

Open welded connections in areas (1) and (2) .

Release the rivet connectors in the area (3) . Do not damage the aluminum shock tower!
Release the bonded connections in the areas (2) and (3) . Do not damage the aluminum shock tower!

Release welded connections in areas (1) .
Release the rivet connectors in the area (2) . Do not damage the aluminum shock tower!
Heat and release the bonded connections in the areas (1) and (2) . Do not damage the aluminum shock tower!
Release the carrier support from the cavity sealing (3) and remove.

Release the rivet connectors in the areas (2) . Do not damage the aluminum shock tower!
Heat and release the bonded connections in the areas (2) . Do not damage the aluminum shock tower!
Remove the carrier support.
