Completely installing the sliding/tilting sunroof
- Before installing, secure all the screws (1) with plastic washers (2), to avoid a creaking noise.NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE
Heavy component.
Heavy components can lead to injury or damage.- Remove and install heavy components with the aid of another person/other persons.
- Insert the sliding/tilting sunroof through the front passenger door into the vehicle with the help of a support person and position it.
- When installing it, ensure that no cables are clamped.
- Screw in all screws along the line (1) by several turns.
- Insert the special tool 2 354 941
and align the panoramic glass sunroof (1) with the roof.
- Tighten all screws along the marked areas (1).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Slide/tilt sunroof frame to body M6 Tightening Torque 5.4 Nm - Connect all 4 water drain hoses (1) (arrows).
- Clip in wiring harness (2) on the clips.
- Connect the connector (3) of the engines and clip in the corresponding cable.
