Installing windshield
NOTE:
Perform the steps on the right and left side.
- Prepare the glue cartridge with the standard nozzle C.
- Apply an adhesive bead within the marks (1)
on the windshield.
- Carefully feed in the windshield with the special tool 0 492 609 (51 3 010) between the hood and the windshield panel.
- Fit the windshield at top.
- Evenly align the windshield at left and right.
- Fit the windshield at the bottom and press.
- Press the windshield upward until the rubber frame of the windshield evenly makes contact with the roof.
- Secure the windshield in this installation position with the two types of yellow plastic adhesive tape (1)
