Installing the front end

• Carefully feed in the front end (2).

  In doing so, connect all connectors and fasten the wiring harness to the front end.

• Mount the expanding rivets (1).

  NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side.
• Tighten the screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Front bumper bracket to engine mount
  Hexagon screw with flange Replace screw	Tightening torque  Angle of rotation	100 Nm 180°

• Replace screws (2).

• Tighten the screws (2).

  Rear top cross connection to wheel arch carrier support
  M 10x20 screw Replace screw.	Joining torque  Angle of rotation	56 Nm 90°

• Tighten down screw (1).

  Reinforcement strut to rear cross connection
  Hexagon screw M 10x35	Tightening torque	56 Nm

  NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side.
• Install the cooler module mount (1) and engage it at the detents (2).

• Position Bowden cable bracket (2) together with the Bowden cables and hook Bowden cable (1).

• Clip the Bowden cable bracket (1) into the body.
• Close lid (2) and engage it into snap-in lugs (3).
