Removing the seal for the convertible top brace

Precondition
- Battery charger connected.
CAUTION:
Folding up of convertible top through loss of pressure in hydraulic cylinders.

- When carrying out all repair work, secure soft top and soft top compartment lid with a suitable support tool against collapsing. Ensure soft top is supported in the middle.
- Bring the convertible top (1) in the half opened position.
Secure the convertible top (1) from collapsing by using the support 2 452 010 if necessary.
NOTE: Perform the steps on the left and right side. - Release blind rivet (1).
- Detach the seal (1) downwards for the convertible top brace partially in arrow direction from the convertible top frame.
- Release blind rivet (1).
- Feed out the seal (1) for the convertible top brace in arrow direction from the seal carrier (2) and remove it.
- Detach the seal (1) for the convertible top brace from the convertible top frame (2).
