Replacing the left and right hands-free microphone

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Replacing the hands-free microphone

Release the snap-in lugs (1) and remove the hands-free microphone (2).

Check the guides (1) and retaining lugs (2) on the trim of the hands-free microphone for damage and replace if necessary.
Replace the hands-free microphone.

Install the hands-free microphone (2) in the trim of the hands-free microphone and lock in place with the retaining lugs (1).
