Remove left and right wiper blade

In the event of a customer complaint regarding the cleaning or wiping performance or noise generation (windshield wiper judder, squeaking) by the wiper blades, proceed as follows:
Check whether the customer complaint is caused by contamination (preservation wax in new vehicles, tree resin or other environmental influences) on the windshield. If necessary, thoroughly clean the windshield .
Replace the wiper blades if cleaning the windshield fails to remedy the situation.

- Prepare for operation.
- Keep wiper lever (1) pressed down until the windshield wiper stops in a vertical position.
- Fold out wiper arm (1).
- Press lock (1) together.
- Pull out the wiper blade (2) from the wiper arm (3) in the arrow direction.
