Replacing the charge air cooler

Removing the throttle body
- Loosen screws (1) .
- Remove the connecting branch (2) .
- Loosen screws (1) .
- Remove the throttle valve (2) .
- Loosen screw (1) .
- Remove boost pressure sensor (2) .
- Release the holder (1) from the charge air cooler (2) .
- Loosen screws (1) .
- Remove the holder (2) .
- Replace charge air cooler (1)

Parts: Charge air cooler
- Install holder (2) .
- Tighten the screws (1) .
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

| Self-tapping screw M6 | Tightening torque | 5 Nm |
- Attach the holder (1) to the charge air cooler (2) .
- Install the boost pressure sensor (2) .
- Tighten down screw (1) .

| TS6X20 | Tightening torque | 5 Nm |
Installing the throttle body

- Replace sealing ring (1)

- Position the connecting neck (2) .
- Replace screws (1)

- Tighten the screws (1) .
