Installing the electrical spindle drive for the right tailgate

- Before installing the electrical spindle drive for the right trunk lid (1), make sure that the retaining spring (2) is in its initial respective position.
- Press the rear ball socket (1) on the body in the arrow direction onto the ball hubs (2) until the retaining spring (3) engages correctly and audibly.
- Press the front ball socket (1) on the tailgate hinge onto the ball hubs (2) until the retaining spring (3) engages correctly and audibly.
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
