Completely installing the glass slide/tilt sunroof

- In order to prevent groaning noses, secure all screws (1) with the plastic washers (2) prior to installation.NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE
Heavy component .
Heavy components can lead to injury or damage .- Remove and install heavy components with the aid of another person/other persons.
- Insert the glass slide/tilt sunroof into the car together with a second person.
- Protect glass slide/tilt sunroof from falling together with a second person.
- Fasten screws (1) to (3) a few turns.
The glass slide/tilt sunroof must still be able to shift in the body aperture.
- Make sure the screws are correctly positioned.
Screws (1) M6x14 Screws (2) M6x26 Screws (3) M6x23 - Insert the special tool 2 354 941 into the center bores to the stop in glass slide/tilt sunroof and the body.
- Tighten bolts on the glass slide/tilt sunroof.TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Slide/tilt sunroof frame to body M6 Tightening Torque 9.5 Nm - Secure the wiring harness (2) on all cable clips (arrows).
- Connect plug (1).
- Connect all 4 water drain hoses (1).
