Tightening the screw connections on the rear axle support on the left and right

NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Tighten the screw connection in the NORMAL POSITION .
Tighten the screw connection in the NORMAL POSITION .
NOTE:
Perform the steps on the right and left side.
- Loosen screw (1) by one turn.
- Tighten down screw (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Control link to control link bearing bracket M12
Replace screw.
Tighten in NORMAL POSITION .Joining torque 100 Nm Angle of rotation 90° - Release nut (2) one revolution. Provide counter support to screw (1) in the process.
- Tighten nut (2).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Control arm to rear axle support M14
Replace screw and nut.
Tighten in NORMAL POSITION .Joining torque 165 Nm Angle of rotation 90° - Release nut (2) one revolution. Provide counter support to screw (3) in the process.
- Tighten nut (2).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Trailing arm to rear axle support M12
Replace screw and nut.Joining torque 100 Nm Angle of rotation 90° - Release nut (1) one revolution. In doing so, counter support at the eccentric screw (2).
- Tighten nut (1).NOTE: Do not tighten the nut until the vehicle measurement is carried out.TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Upper wishbone to rear axle carrier M14
Replace bolt, nut and eccentric washer.
Tighten in NORMAL POSITION .tightening torque 175 Nm - Release nut (1) one revolution. In doing so, counter support at the eccentric screw (2).
- Tighten nut (1).NOTE: Do not tighten the nut until the vehicle measurement is carried out.
