Replacing the wheel-side joint bellows

- Release low profile hose clamp (1) and remove.
- Cut ear hose clamp (2) open transversely to ear and remove.
- Pull back the bellows (3) in arrow direction.
- Clean the accessible areas of the joint (1) and the output shaft (2) with a clean and lint-free cloth.
- Push the joint (1) using the contact pressure of the circlip off the output shaft (2).
- Detach the circlip (1) from the output shaft.
- Detach the bellows (1) in arrow direction from the output shaft (2).
- Replace the bellows (1).
Parts: gaiter
- Slide bellows (1) onto output shaft (2).
- Replace the circlip (1).
Parts: Circlip
- Position the circlip (1) on the output shaft.
- Press the joint (1) using the contact pressure of the circlip onto the output shaft (2).
- Grease joint (1) with lubricant "Olistamoly 2 LN 584 LO".
- Replace the low profile hose clamp (1) and the ear hose clamp (2).
Parts: Low profile hose clamp and ear hose clamp
- Position bellows (3) on joint.
- Fasten bellows (3) with low profile hose clamp (1) and ear hose clamp (2).
