Install the speaker cover on the rear door trim panel

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Saw off the welding pins (1) along the molding (2).

Remove welding remnants on door trim panel with a scalpel.
Install speaker cover (1).
NOTE: Welding pins must not protrude from the door trim panel.
Secure the speaker cover (1) with the lock washers (3).

Tighten the repair screws (2).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Repair screw to door trim panel
Oval-head screw TS4x10ISA	2.3 Nm
