For reusing: Checking the output shaft and replacing the circlip

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
If the driven shaft is reused, the circlip must be replaced.

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
Extreme force being required during installation is an indication that the component is damaged or deformed.
Check component and replace if necessary.

• Check the gearing of the output shaft for damage and replace damaged parts if necessary.
• Check the dust plate (1)  for damage and replace damaged parts as needed.
• Replace the circlip (3)  .

• Coat the contact surface (2)  using approved rear differential fluid.
