Removing the pressure line between the air conditioning compressor and the air conditioning condenser

Preliminary work
- Refer to SUCTIONING THE AIR CONDITIONING .
- Refer to REMOVING THE ACOUSTIC COVER .
- Refer to REMOVING THE CLEAN AIR PIPE WITH THE RESONATOR .
- Refer to REMOVING THE FRONT ACOUSTIC COVER FOR THE ENGINE .
- Refer to RELEASING THE ELECTRIC AUXILIARY COOLANT PUMP FOR THE CHARGE AIR COOLER AND/OR AIR CONDITIONING CONDENSER .
- Refer to REMOVING THE DRIVE BELT FOR ALTERNATOR .
- Refer to PARTIALLY REMOVING THE AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR .
- Refer to DISCONNECTING REFRIGERANT LINE ON THE CONNECTING PIECE .

Residual pressure in the heating and air conditioning system.

- Wear safety goggles and protective gloves when disconnecting the refrigerant line.
- Close the refrigerant lines with seal plugs.
- Unlock and disconnect the plug connection (1) on the alternator (2).
- If applicable, remove coolant hose (1) from the holder (2) and push it somewhat to the side.
- Unlock plug connection (3) and disconnect.

Secure component against falling.

- Loosen screws (1).
- Remove refrigerant lines from air conditioning compressor (2).
- Loosen screw (1).
- Feed out and remove the pressure line (2) between the air conditioning compressor and the air conditioning condenser.
