21 00 010 Checking Clutch Drive Plate For Wear: Notes

Remove clutch slave cylinder (pressure line remains connected). Refer to 21 52 510 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER .

NOTE: Relieve clutch slave cylinder slowly, as otherwise the clutch slave cylinder may suck in air via the sealing sleeve.

Apply special tool 21 2 080 so that scale assigned to the transmission type can be read from underneath.
