Installing the backrest covering with the cushion

- Position the backrest covering with cushion (1) on the backrest frame (2) as shown.
- Connect and lock the plug connections, if any.
Installing the side airbag
- Position the cushion (3) correctly.
- Carefully feed the side airbag (2) into the pocket in the cover (4).
Ensure that the stud bolt of the side airbag (2) does not damage the pocket in the cover (4).
- Correctly position the side airbag (2) in the cushion (3).
- Connect and lock the plug connection (1) (observe additional information).
- Replace nuts (1).

- Tighten nuts (1).
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

- Position the seat cover (2) correctly and hook at all attachment points.
- Clip in the edge stripping (1) in the marked area.
- Position the backrest covering with cushion (1) on the backrest frame (2) as shown.
- Connect and lock the plug connections, if any.
Installing the side airbag
- Position the cushion (3) correctly.
- Carefully feed the side airbag (2) into the pocket in the cover (4).
Ensure that the stud bolt of the side airbag (2) does not damage the pocket in the cover (4).
- Correctly position the side airbag (2) in the cushion (3).
- Connect and lock the plug connection (1) (observe additional information).
- Replace nuts (1).
