If installed: Installing the engine oil cooler

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Work must be carried out carefully in order to avoid component damage.

Replace the sealing rings (1) from the lines (2).
Parts: Sealing ring

Guide in and install the engine oil cooler (2).

Tighten down screws (1).

Engine oil cooler on bumper bracket
M6X25	tightening torque	8 Nm

Connect the lines (2).

Tighten nuts (1).

Nut M6	tightening torque	8 Nm

Replace the rivet (1).
Parts: Rivet
Install and rivet the damper (2).

Tighten down screw (2).

Line clip on engine oil cooler
Hexagon screw for thermoplastic	tightening torque	3 Nm
