Attaching the left or right output shaft to the rear axle differential

Secure the output shaft on the rear axle differential

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Different variants may be installed depending on the vehicle equipment.

Position the special tool described in the following at the circumferential slot (1) of the driven shaft.

Use the appropriate special tool 0 495 857 (33 5 125), 2 406 774, 2 360 944 , or 5 A7E 7A0 and a rubber mallet to pound the driven shaft into the rear axle differential.
