- Pre-clean bonding surfaces on vehicle and on new part with cleaning agent R2.CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION
Cleaning agent R2 500 ml 83190417324 - Clean bonding surfaces on vehicle and on new part with cleaning agent R1.CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION
Cleaning agent R1 100 ml, Bottle 83192211217 - Apply adhesive K5 to the bonding surfaces.ADHESIVE SPECIFICATION
Body adhesive K5 50 ml 83192158654 NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
When installing the new part, make sure that all bonding surfaces have sufficient adhesive. - Install the new part and rivet it in the areas (1) and (2) with blind rivets N3.CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION

- In area (1), rivet the new part with blind rivet N3.
- In the area (2), use 3 x punch rivet N4.CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION

- Drill a hole with a diameter of 4.2 mm.
In the case of glued connections, only drill the hole after the adhesive has fully hardened.
