- Install the new parts with an alignment bracket or a universal mount.
During the installation, ensure there is sufficient adhesive on bonding surfaces.
- Rivet the new part and engine mount (2) in area (1) with blind rivets N2.CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION

Sealant D1 (seam sealing) 310 ml 83422409985 - Clean the bonding surface (1) with solvent cleaners R2 and R1.
- Apply adhesive K1 to the bonding surface.
- Apply sealant D1 to the cavity sealing (1).
- Install new part. During the installation, ensure there is sufficient adhesive on bonding surfaces.
- Rivet the new parts in areas (1) and (2) with punch rivets N4 according to the diagram.

- Install the bulkhead new part (2) and reinforcement plate.
- Weld the separating cut (1), reinforcement plate and areas (3) and (4) according to the new part preparation process.
- Install the reinforcement plates (1) and attach by welding.
- Clean the bonding surface (2) with solvent cleaners R2 and R1.
- Apply adhesive K1 to the bonding surface (2).
- Install the new part section and weld it in the areas (1) through (3).
While doing so, observe the adhesive area (4) of the aluminum spring support.
Avoid high heat input in the bonded rivet connection (4).
- Rivet the new part in the adhesive area (1) with 3 blind rivets N1.CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION
