Remove Engine Mount

- Release the self-tapping screws in the areas (1) and rivet connectors in the area (2).NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
For additional information see: 41 00... Releasing bonded connections - Heat the bonded connections in the areas (1) and (2) and release them.
Do not damage the aluminum spring support and carrier support in the process!
- Perform the separating cut (1) as shown.
Do not damage aluminum spring support (2) in the process!
- Remove the engine mount section (3).
- Loosen welded connections in areas (1).
- Release the self-tapping screws in the area (2).
- Heat the bonded connection in the area (2) and release it.
- Remove reinforcement (3).
- Carry out separating cuts (1) as shown and separate the engine mount (2) in sections,
- Release the rivet connectors in the areas (3),
- Heat the bonded connections in the areas (3) and release them.
- Heat the bonded connection in the area (1) and release it.
- Release the self-tapping screws in the areas (1).
- Heat the bonded connections in the areas (1) and release them and remove the engine mount (2).
