Body adhesive K1 195 ml 83190413015 - During installation of the new parts, make sure that sufficient adhesive has been applied to all bonding surfaces.
- Install the new part with an alignment bracket or a universal fixture.
- Rivet the new parts in the areas (1) with three blind rivets N1.CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION

The cowling cross-member (2) is filled with hardly inflammable cavity foam.
- In case of smoke formation: Stop the welding procedure and cool the welded area with compressed air if applicable,
- Rivet the new part in the areas (1) and (2) with blind rivets N1,CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION

- Observe the bonding surface (2) of the aluminum spring support.
- Install the new part section and weld it in the areas (Dto (3).
- While doing so, observe the adhesive area (4) of the aluminum spring support.
Avoid applying too much heat to adjacent adhesive area (4).
- Install an EMC screw in area (1).CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION
