Adjusting camber

Precondition
- Vehicle stands on the vehicle lift for wheel alignment with hydraulic jack.
NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Through the turning of the eccentric screws (setting of camber and track), the vehicle ride height can change. For the exact setting of the camber and track, the automatic ride height measurement should be activated in the wheel alignment equipment when available.

In order to renew the eccentric screw, raise the vehicle until the wheels suspend freely!

- Raise vehicle.
- Release nut (1).
- Remove the eccentric washer.
- Remove the eccentric screw (2).
- Renew the eccentric screw (2), eccentric washer and nut (1).
Parts: Eccentric screw, eccentric washer, nut
- Install eccentric washer.
NOTE:
You must make sure the eccentric washer is positioned correctly on the camber control arm.
- Tighten nut (2) to 5 Nm.
- Set the vehicle on the wheels.
- Twist eccentric screw (2) to adjust the camber to the setpoint value.
- Tighten nut (1).
NOTE:
Counter support the eccentric screw.
