- Secure the vehicle against rolling away before unlocking the parking lock.
NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
In the event of an open circuit, e.g. discharged battery or electrical fault, the parking lock must be unlocked manually, otherwise the wheels will be blocked and the vehicle cannot be shifted.

- Raise vehicle.
- Install special tool 5 A4A DA4 _B from the underbody and clamp it tightly with knurled screw (1).
- Pull the tappet (3) of the selector shaft in arrow direction with the special tool 2 355 850 .
- Clamp special tool 5 A4A DA4 _A tightly with screw (2).
