Replacement: Remount the thermostat and the support of the charge air line

- Remove screws (arrows).
- Guide out and remove the thermostat (1)

- Replace the sealing ring (1)
on the thermostat (2)
.
Parts: Sealing ring
- Make sure that the sealing surface (1)
is free of oil, grease and cleaning agents.
- Guide in and install thermostat (1) .
- Tighten screws (arrows).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Coolant thermostat to coolant pump M6X25 Tightening torque 8 Nm - Loosen screws (1) .
- Guide out the support (2)
for the charge air line and remove it.
- Guide in the support (2) for the charge air line and install it.
- Tighten the screws (1) .
