Replacing the intake plenum

Removing the throttle body 

• Loosen screws (1)  .
• Remove the connecting branch (2)  .

• Loosen screws (1)  .
• Remove the throttle valve (2)  .

• Replace charge air cooler (1)  .

• Loosen screw (1)  .
• Remove boost pressure sensor (2)  .

• Release the holder (1)  from the charge air cooler (2)  .

• Loosen screws (1)  .
• Remove the holder (2)  .

• Replace charge air cooler (1)  .

• Install holder (2)  .
• Tighten the screws (1)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Holder to charge air cooler
  Self-tapping screw M6	Tightening torque	5 Nm

• Attach the holder (1)  to the charge air cooler (2)  .

• Install the boost pressure sensor (2)  .
• Tighten down screw (1)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Boost pressure sensor to intake plenum
  TS6X20	Tightening torque	5 Nm

• Replace the intake plenum.

Installing the throttle body 

• Replace sealing ring (1)  .

• Position throttle body (2)  .
• Tighten the screws (1)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Throttle body to charge air cooler
  Hexagon screw M6	Tightening torque	9 Nm

• Replace sealing ring (1)  .

• Position the connecting neck (2)  .
• Replace screws (1)  .
