Removing the wishbone

Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING FRONT LEFT OR RIGHT WHEEL .
- Refer to REMOVING THE FRONT SPOILER .

- Refer to RELEASING THE ATTACHMENT ROD OF THE RIDE HEIGHT SENSOR FROM THE WISHBONE .
- Refer to REMOVING THE COVER OF THE STEERING ASSEMBLY .
NOTE:
RISK OF DAMAGE
Deflection of the ball joint of the wishbone by more than 25° .
Damage to the bellows and premature wear in the ball joint .

- The wishbone may be inclined by a maximum of 25° during installation or removal!
- Release nut (1). If necessary, counter support at the Torx socket.
- Release the wishbone (2) from the swivel bearing (3).
- Loosen screw (1). In doing so, counter support at the nut (2).
- Feed out the wishbone and remove it.
