Removing the sun visors and counter support on the left and right

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Remove the sun visor and the counter support

NOTE: Schematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details.

Detach the sun visor (1) on the counter support (2) and swivel to one side.

Open the cover (1) .
Loosen screw (2) .
Remove the sun visor and unlock and disconnect the associated plug connection.

Unclip cover (1) using a suitable tool.
Push the clamps (2) together and pull the counter support (3) out of the headlining.
