Checking the roll bar

Extending the roll bar
NOTE:

- Unclip the cover (1).
- Detach the retaining clip (1)
from the roll bar (2)
.
Check
- Pull out the roll bar (1) manually in the arrow direction all the way to the stop.
- Check whether the driving roll bar (1) can be easily pulled out.
- Check if the roll bar (1) engages in the end position.
Result
» The roll bar (1) cannot be easily pulled out.
The roll bar (1) does not engage in the end position.
Measure
- Replace the rollover protection.
Retracting the roll bar
NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.Check
- Put the 6 mm Allen wrench (1) Into the opening (2) .
- Turn the Allen wrench (1) 90° In the arrow direction and unlock the detent.
- Let roll bar (3)
slide down slowly by hand.
The roll bar must not be allowed to fall down, otherwise the lower mount will be damaged!
- Check if roll bar (3) slides down easily and without any resistance.
Result
» Roll bar (3) does not slide down without any resistance.
Measure
- Replace the rollover protection.
- Retract roll bar (2) completely.
- Insert retaining clips (1)
.
- Clip in the cover (1).
