Partially installing the coolant expansion tank of the high-temperature coolant circuit

- Check the expanding pin (1)
at the shock tower (2)
for damage and if necessary, replace the expanding pin (1)
.
- Check the rubber mount (1) for damage and replace if necessary.
- Check the rubber mount (1) for a correct fit on the expansion tank (2) .
- Feed in and install the coolant expansion tank (3)
.
The rubber mount (4) must engage audibly at the expanding pin (5) .
- Tighten the screws (2) .
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Tightening torque | 8 Nm |
- Secure the clamp (1) .
- Connect connectors (1)
and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
- Attach the cable (2) to the expansion tank (3) .
- Secure the clamp (4) .
- Connect connectors (5) and lock.
The connector (5) must engage audibly.
