Measure
- Adjust trunk lid.
Remove striker for tailgate latch
- Loosen screws (1).
- Remove the striker for the tailgate latch (2).
NOTE:
Perform the steps on the right and left side.
- Slacken the screws (1) until the tailgate can be shifted.
- Move the tailgate in a longitudinal direction and sideways until the tailgate has the specified gap dimension to the side panel.
- Tighten down screws (1).

Install striker for the tailgate latch
- Install the striker for the tailgate latch (2).
- Tighten down screws (1).
