Remove The Right Rear Quarter Panel

- Mark the separating cut (1) on the C-pillar according to the dimensions and cut. Disconnect only the outer panel.
Dimension = 115 mm from the roof outer skin corner.
- Compare position of severance cut with reinforcement plate.NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION

- Mark the separating cut (1) on the door sill according to dimensions and disconnect. Disconnect only the outer panel.
Dimension = 20 mm from the center of the hole with 20 mm diameter.

- Release the spot-welded adhesive joints in area (2).
- Release folded bonded joints in area (3).
- Release the side panel from the cavity sealings (4).
- Release welded connections in areas (1).
- Open welded connections in area (1). Remove side wall.
- Open welded connections in area (1).
- Release the bonded connection (2).
- Remove lock striker reinforcement.
