Remove Luggage Space Tray And Left Side Rail

- Release welded connections in areas (2).
- Release bonded connection in area (3).
- Undo self-tapping screws (1).
- Open welded connections in area (2).
- Release bonded connection in area (3).
- Mark severance cut (4) according to schematic diagram and disconnect. Do not damage the (5) aluminum side member.
- Open welded connections in area (1).
- Mark severance cut (2) according to schematic diagram and disconnect. Cut through side rail completely.NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION

- Release the bonded rivet connection in area (2).
- Release the welded connection in area (3) from the inside.
- Open welded connections in area (4) and remove the support (5).NOTE: Perform the steps on the left and right side.
- Release the self-tapping screw and bonded connection in the area (1).
- Release welded connections in areas (2).
- (3) Remove luggage compartment floor.
- Release adhesive compounds in the areas (1) and (2). Do not damage the (3) aluminum side member.
- Release the bonded rivet connection in area (1). Do not damage the (2) aluminum side member.
- Release the bonded rivet connection in area (1).
- Remove side rail support section (2).
