Remove Carrier Support

- Release the self-tapping screws in the areas (1).NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Do not damage the aluminum engine mount in the process!
- Open welded connections in areas (1) and (2).NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION

- Release the bonded connections in the areas (2) and (3). Do not damage the aluminum shock tower!
- Release welded connections in areas (1).
- Release the rivet connectors in the area (2). Do not damage the aluminum shock tower!
- Heat and release the bonded connections in the areas (1) and (2). Do not damage the aluminum shock tower!
- Release the carrier support from the cavity sealing (3) and remove.
- Remove cavity sealing (1).
- Release the rivet connectors in the areas (2). Do not damage the aluminum shock tower!
- Heat and release the bonded connections in the areas (2). Do not damage the aluminum shock tower!
- Remove the carrier support.
